Measures

Use Measures to identify, simulate, and prioritize energy efficiency – from building to portfolio, with simulator and TEK17 analysis.

Overview

Measures provides data-driven recommendations for energy efficiency.
Start at /tiltak, select a building or a portfolio, and continue to detailed analyses.

Start: Select building or portfolio

  • On /tiltak you can choose:
    • Building → detailed analysis of a single building
    • Portfolio → comparison and prioritization across multiple buildings
  • If no organization is selected, you will first be sent to the “select organization” page.
Measures – start page to select building or portfolio

Start by selecting a building or portfolio.

Tip: Begin with buildings that have an energy certificate or active metering points for best results.

Building analysis /tiltak/eiendom/[slug]

The building page fetches data and runs client-side analyses.
To proceed, the building must have at least one energy certificate or at least one metering point.

Content (may vary):

  • Overview of recommended measures and potential
  • KPIs (performance, cost, risk)
  • Links to specific categories, e.g. Building Envelope

Workflow:

  1. Open /tiltak/eiendom/[slug]
  2. Review KPIs and recommended measures
  3. Continue to categories such as Building Envelope for simulation
Building analysis – table highlighting improvement areas vs. TEK17 and certificates with key figures

See where the building deviates from requirements/recommendations to prioritize actions.

Building Envelope /tiltak/eiendom/[slug]/bygningskropp

This page has two tabs:

  • Simulator – test effects of measures in the building envelope (insulation, windows, thermal bridges, etc.)
  • TEK17 – analyze against TEK17 requirements and identify gaps

Requires at least one energy certificate.

Simulator

  • Click “Change parameters” to adjust:
    • Energy price (kr/kWh): prefilled with last 12-month average incl. grid tariffs
    • Target U-values: prefilled with TEK17 recommendations or current level if better
  • Click “Apply settings” to update the analysis.

Tip: Empty or 0 values cause validation errors.
Set values equal to TEK17 recommendations to return to standard levels.

Adjust energy price and U-values to see effect and cost/benefit.

Export (PDF)

  • Click “Export” to generate a report.
  • PDF will open in a new tab or download directly.

TEK17 analysis

  • Shows status against TEK17 minimum requirements for the building and energy certificates
  • Highlights gaps and actions to reach compliance
  • Forms the basis for roadmaps and prioritization
TEK17 analysis – table identifying improvement areas vs. requirements and recommendations, linked to energy certificate and actual consumption

Compare performance vs. TEK17 to see where the building falls short and which actions to prioritize.

Portfolio analysis

  • From /measures you can open a portfolio analysis (/tiltak/portefolje/[slug]).
  • Used to prioritize measures across buildings based on profitability and CO₂ impact.

Frequently asked questions

  • Why do I get “no data”?
Measures requires at least one certificate or one main metering point.

  • Are simulator results final?
No, they are estimates for decision support. Always confirm with suppliers.
