Measurement Points

Manage measurement points – create, edit, delete, fields, statuses and types (Electricity, District Heating, Water).

Overview

The /maalepunkter page shows all measurement points in the organization.
Here you can create, edit, or delete points that are used in analyses on Home, Operations, Measures, and in grid tariff calculations.

List of measurement points with ID, name, type, building, status, and actions. — List view with search, filters, and measurement point statuses.

Types

Electricity – power consumption and load
District Heating – heating, hot water
Water – water consumption and meters

Key fields

Measurement Point ID – unique identifier (from grid owner or provider)
Name – e.g. “Main meter office”
Building – which property the point belongs to
Type – Electricity, District Heating, or Water
Active – whether the point is in use
BRA (optional) – floor area covered by the point, useful for calculations

👉 To get started you need at least Building + Type + Measurement Point ID.

Create or edit

Click Add measurement point
Fill in the required fields (Building, Type, ID)
Save, and the point will appear in the list and be available for analyses

Edit – open from the list, update fields, and save
Delete – use when the point is no longer needed
- Tip: set Active = No for a while before deletion to verify

Active – included in analyses
Coverage – indicates if data is available for the selected period
Last seen – last received measurement data
